• Creation and maintenance object and organization hierarchies

Drawings management

The core of the drawings management is the source archive of Optimaze.net. Real time drawings and original drawing documents are kept in the archive. When updating drawings our qualified staff uses the latest cad-technology by Autodesk. The source archive may also be used as a project bank.

Econonomy management

The goal of economy management is to keep finance processes up-to-date and to ensure continuous usability of the system in co-ordination with the customer. Economy management also supports implementation of Optimaze.net system. Economy management is in charge of e.g. the following tasks:

• Finance processes
• User support
• Maintenance of account directing
• Developing finance reports with clients
